We’ve been offering courses on AI and its uses in Learning Design for six months now through UnconstrainED, and we’ve gathered enough data to see if our hypothesis and mission are true, and…well first let me share our mission: To cultivate a global network of educators, empowered to integrate emerging technologies into the learning experience, freeing time to build nurturing, transformative relationships with students. This isn’t just about ed-tech for the sake of novelty; it’s about carving out moments for what truly matters—fostering deep, nurturing connections with our students.

Building a global community? That’s a numbers game, and yes, our network is sprouting, with branches reaching out in all directions. Empowering educators to use emerging technologies (AI is our focus right now) is our aim through courses and our coaches, and that’s definitely happening too. But the real puzzle is quantifying the intangible: time. Specifically, the time saved through AI, and how it’s redeployed in the service of pedagogy and personal growth.

This is what the folks who’ve taken our courses have told us:

It’s exciting to know that teachers are using reclaimed time to continue to build their repertoire and to build both relationships with and deeper learning for their students. We’re also thrilled to see that teachers are finding time for self care. We still have lots to learn and grow, but it’s good to know we’re on the right path!

We’re charting a course that’s true to our compass, and the horizon is promising. There’s a seat for you on this voyage. Come, be a part of UnconstrainED.
